About us

Good tutoring, without the legwork.

Nerdely finds, interviews and books one to one online tutors. Parents tell us once. Tutors get to teach. Our team handles everything in between.

Why we exist

Finding a good tutor takes weeks. Checking they’re right takes longer. Keeping track of it all is a job on its own.

So we do it for you.

We built Nerdely so parents don’t have to search, vet and organise, and so good tutors can spend their time teaching instead of chasing bookings and payments.

What we believe.

01Every tutor is interviewed. We talk to each tutor ourselves, and only match one when we’re confident they fit.

02One place for everything.Lessons, homework, scores and messages live in our own classroom, not scattered across apps.

03A real team stays involved. We set things up, keep an eye on progress and step in when something isn’t right.

04Fair to tutors.Tutors set their own rate and keep more as they grow, up to 90% of every lesson.

For parents You tell us once. We handle the rest.

How it works

For tutors You teach. We handle everything else.
