Late cancellations and missed lessons
What happens within 24 hours of a lesson.
Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours before they start aren’t charged. Cancelling later than that, or missing the lesson, counts as a lesson.
If your tutor cancels, you’re never charged for that lesson.
