Fixing sound or video problems
Quick checks if the tutor can’t see or hear your child.
- 1Check the browser has permission to use the camera and microphone.
- 2Close other apps that might be using the camera, like video calls.
- 3Refresh the page and join again.
- 4Try a different browser, or restart the device.
If it still isn’t working, use the chat in the classroom to let the tutor know, then contact us and we’ll help.
