Rescheduling or cancelling a lesson
How to move a lesson and our 24-hour policy.
You can reschedule or cancel a lesson from your account. If you do it at least 24 hours before the lesson starts, there’s no charge.
- 1Open Lessons in your account.
- 2Choose the lesson you want to change.
- 3Select Reschedule to pick a new time, or Cancel.
Cancelling within 24 hours of the start time counts as a lesson, because the tutor has kept that time free for you.
